Un v\u00eddeo publicado por Anduril el 31 de agosto muestra un helic\u00f3ptero H-60M Black Hawk lanzando un dron Altius-700 desde un pil\u00f3n externo. El dron se aleja a toda velocidad por el desierto de Mojave antes de que una formaci\u00f3n de ellos persiga un objetivo por s\u00ed sola.<\/p>\r\n<p>El Black Hawk no es un helic\u00f3ptero de ataque. Esa funci\u00f3n le corresponde al AH-64 Apache. En otras palabras, la tripulaci\u00f3n del helic\u00f3ptero no dirigi\u00f3 el dron hacia el objetivo. Lo soltaron y las m\u00e1quinas se encargaron del resto.<\/p>\r\n<p>El desierto de Mojave no fue elegido por su paisaje. El calor extremo del desierto permiti\u00f3 al Ej\u00e9rcito validar la resistencia ambiental del sistema, as\u00ed como su conectividad. Un misil Hellfire obliga al helic\u00f3ptero a acercarse a unos 11 kil\u00f3metros de su objetivo. Un Altius-700M, en cambio, alcanza unos 160 kil\u00f3metros y puede permanecer en el aire durante m\u00e1s de una hora. No se trata de una mejora incremental en el alcance; es una forma de combate completamente distinta.<\/p>\r\n<p>Sikorsky ha sido transparente sobre las consecuencias de esto, y no se trata de un proceso gradual, de un dron a la vez.<\/p>\r\n<div style=\"background:#f8f9fa;border-left:4px solid #5C91FF;padding:20px 22px;margin:18px 0 24px;font-size:16px;line-height:1.7\"><em>\u201cNo prevemos emplear un solo sistema a la vez.
