Se trata del papeleo previo a la construcci\u00f3n, y no es barato. Seg\u00fan algunas estimaciones, solo la factura de la planificaci\u00f3n previa a la construcci\u00f3n podr\u00eda ascender a casi mil millones de libras esterlinas.<\/p><p>Para los viajeros, el impacto inmediato es m\u00ednimo: la CAA afirma que la normativa a\u00f1ade aproximadamente 15 peniques a la tarifa m\u00e1xima por pasajero a partir de 2028, aumentando hasta unos 30 peniques despu\u00e9s, repartidos a lo largo de 20 a 25 a\u00f1os.
