Furtif, subsonique et dot\u00e9 d&#039;une grande autonomie, il est con\u00e7u pour voler aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d&#039;un\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/migflug.com\/afterburner\/fr\/aeronef\/f-35-eclair-ii\/\">F-35 Lightning II<\/a> ou un F-22 et faire le sale boulot dangereux : reconnaissance en amont, transport de missiles suppl\u00e9mentaires, encaisser le premier tir.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Kratos pilote ce type d&#039;appareil depuis 2019, date du premier vol du prototype de l&#039;AFRL. Seul le prix d&#039;entr\u00e9e a chang\u00e9. Le principe m\u00eame du Valkyrie est sa \u201c\u00a0d\u00e9montabilit\u00e9\u00a0\u201d \u2013 un terme employ\u00e9 par l&#039;arm\u00e9e pour signifier \u00ab\u00a0nous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rerions ne pas le perdre, mais nous pouvons le faire\u00a0\u00bb. La nouvelle version \u00e0 train d&#039;atterrissage rem\u00e9die \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me. Personne n&#039;a \u00e9t\u00e9 bless\u00e9. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a d\u00e9crit ce vol comme un exercice de recherche financ\u00e9 en interne \u2013 \u201c\u00a0s&#039;inscrivant dans le cadre de l&#039;ajout continu de configurations et de capacit\u00e9s\u00a0\u201d \u2013 et a indiqu\u00e9 que les essais en vol avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 \u201c\u00a0temporairement suspendus par mesure de pr\u00e9caution\u00a0\u201d le temps d&#039;identifier les causes de l&#039;incident.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Voil\u00e0 le point essentiel\u00a0: pour un programme con\u00e7u sur le principe du jetable, la perte d\u2019un prototype n\u2019est qu\u2019un incident mineur, pas une catastrophe. La cellule est peu co\u00fbteuse pour un avion de chasse, l\u2019accident n\u2019a fait aucune victime et la production de la version que les Marines souhaitent r\u00e9ellement se poursuit. Il y a dix ans, un incident de ce genre aurait pu paralyser un programme de drones pendant un an.
