Scott Laux, the team&rsquo;s No. 6 opposing solo, from the Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. The Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) confirmed the removal to the Pensacola News Journal, which first reported it on the evening of 6 November.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The Navy&rsquo;s explanation runs to exactly one sentence: Laux failed to uphold the standards expected of the squadron. He flew <a href=\"https:\/\/migflug.com\/aircraft\/fa-18-hornet\/\">F\/A-18C and F\/A-18D Hornets<\/a> with <a href=\"https:\/\/migflug.com\/air-forces\/united-states-marine-corps-aviation\/\">Marine Corps<\/a> squadrons, including a 2020 deployment aboard USS <em>Nimitz<\/em> with VMFA-323.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>In 2022 he moved to the <a href=\"https:\/\/migflug.com\/aircraft\/f-35-lightning-ii\/\">F-35C<\/a> and became an instructor pilot with Strike Fighter Squadron 125.
