In the clip an F-16 comes across the frame and settles behind what looks like a small Cessna, the fighter throttled back toward the near-stall speeds needed to shepherd a puttering light aircraft.<\/p><p>Intercepted pilots are directed to switch immediately to the emergency frequencies, 121.5 or 243.0 MHz, and turn away from the protected zone.
