Most countries that have attempted to build indigenous MALE (Medium Altitude Long Endurance) drones \u2014 Turkey\u2019s Bayraktar Ak\u0131nc\u0131, India\u2019s Tapas, Europe\u2019s Eurodrone \u2014 have relied heavily on foreign engines, sensors, or communication systems. The Korean Peninsula is one of the most militarily dense environments on earth.
