Die Schwierigkeit besteht darin, dies zu bewerkstelligen, ohne jemanden zu t\u00f6ten.<\/p><p>Drei F-16 trafen 2024 und 2025 in Eglin ein, um im Rahmen des VENOM-AFT-Programms zu Testflugzeugen umgebaut und dem 96. und dem 53. Testgeschwader \u00fcbergeben zu werden. Die Jets nahmen im Juni ihre Fl\u00fcge wieder auf, um ihre Flugtauglichkeit nach den Modifikationen unter Beweis zu stellen. Der Pilot bleibt an Bord. Das bedeutet, dass stets ein Pilot anwesend ist, die Funktionsweise der Algorithmen \u00fcberwacht und die Befugnis hat, jeden einzelnen in Echtzeit zu starten oder zu stoppen. Bei VENOM geht es noch nicht um leere Cockpits.<\/p>\n<div style=\"background:#f8f9fa;border-left:4px solid #1565c0;padding:20px 22px;margin:18px 0 24px;border-radius:0 8px 8px 0;font-size:16px;line-height:1.7;display:flex;gap:20px;align-items:flex-start\"><div><em>\u201cEs wird niemals einen Zeitpunkt geben, an dem diese VENOM-Flugzeuge ausschlie\u00dflich von selbst fliegen.\u201d<\/em><div style=\"margin-top:10px;font-size:14px;color:#555\"><strong>Oberst Joe Gagnon<\/strong> \u2014 Kommandeur des 85. Test- und Evaluierungsgeschwaders<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<p>Diese Vorsicht ist der springende Punkt. Je schneller die Luftwaffe nachweisen kann, dass ein autonomes Verhalten auf einer bemannten F-16 sicher ist, desto schneller kann sie demselben Code auch auf einer unbemannten F-16 vertrauen. Gagnon hat das Ziel als \u201cSpeed-to-Ramp\u201d bezeichnet \u2013 so schnell wie sicher m\u00f6glich, damit die nachfolgenden Drohnen schneller eintreffen.<\/p><h2 style=\"padding-top:22px\">Warum ein Kampfflugzeug aus den 1970er Jahren die Drohnen von morgen ausbildet<\/h2><p>VENOM speist sich direkt in das Collaborative Combat Aircraft-Programm ein, die Flotte von kosteng\u00fcnstigen, halbautonomen Drohnen als Fl\u00fcgelm\u00e4nner, die die Luftwaffe an der Seite der <a href=\"https:\/\/migflug.com\/jetflights\/de\/flugzeug\/f-35-lightning-ii\/\">F-35<\/a> und die zuk\u00fcnftige F-47. Jede Erkenntnis, die die F-16-Testplattformen zur\u00fcckbringen \u2013 wie eine KI mit einem Zusammensto\u00df, einer Formation, einem Waffeneinsatz umgeht \u2013 ist eine Erkenntnis, die die CCAs \u00fcbernehmen.<\/p><p>Die Grundlage daf\u00fcr schuf das ACE-Programm der DARPA mit seinem X-62A VISTA-Jet, der im September 2023 den ersten Luftkampf innerhalb der Sichtweite zwischen einer KI-gesteuerten F-16 und einer von einem Menschen geflogenen Maschine absolvierte. VENOM nutzt diesen Machbarkeitsnachweis und entwickelt daraus eine wiederholbare Produktionslinie f\u00fcr Autonomietests an serienm\u00e4\u00dfigen Kampfjets.<\/p><p>Vor zwei Jahren waren das noch PowerPoint-Pr\u00e4sentationen und Simulationen. Diese Woche stieg ein grauer Fighting Falcon von Eglin ab, flog autonom und mit einem Menschen an Bord. Die Roboter ersetzen den Piloten noch nicht.
