Er w\u00fcrde die Luftwaffe au\u00dferdem daran hindern, diesen Flugzeugtyp au\u00dfer Dienst zu stellen, bis ein zertifizierter Nachfolger tats\u00e4chlich fliegt.<\/p>\r\n<p>Die Luftwaffe k\u00e4mpfte jahrelang f\u00fcr die Ausmusterung der A-10 mit dem Argument, dass eine langsame, tief fliegende Kampfplattform gegen moderne Luftverteidigungssysteme nicht bestehen k\u00f6nne und das Budget besser in F-35 und Drohnen investiert werden sollte. Zu Beginn des Haushaltsjahres 2026 verf\u00fcgte sie \u00fcber 162 A-10 und beantragte die Au\u00dferdienststellung der gesamten Flotte bis zum Jahresende.
