NetJets is a major operator: it was the type's fleet launch customer, ordering up to 175 Longitudes in 2018 &mdash; 50 firm, with options for another 125. N803QS itself is a 2020-built aircraft flown under NetJets' fractional-ownership program.<\/p>\r\n<p>The cause of the gear malfunction has not been determined, and investigators will now work through the maintenance and mechanical trail. But the outcome is the one that matters.
