The airframe selected for conversion was the first production C-2 built (serial 18-1203). Kawasaki Heavy Industries conducted the extensive modifications that transform a cargo hauler into a sophisticated electronic warfare platform.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The conversion is immediately obvious from the exterior.
