Roughly one-fifth of the world&#8217;s oil passes through it every day. Starting Monday at 10 a.m. Eastern Time, U.S. Central Command says, no vessel will be allowed to enter or leave an Iranian port. CENTCOM&#8217;s statement was precise: the blockade will be &#8220;enforced impartially against vessels of all nations entering or departing Iranian ports and coastal areas, including all Iranian ports on the Arabian Gulf and Gulf of Oman.&#8221; Ships heading to Dubai, Bahrain, or Saudi Arabia will pass freely.\n\nThe logistics are staggering.
