Hello,
I am trying to find out if I can find information on your site about a jet ride for my father who is elderly, and though he is in excellent health, time is slipping by quickly. My reason for trying to arrange and pay for him to ride in a jet, is because he was a US Naval Academy grad class of 52, did part of his flight training at NAS Pensacola, Fl and became a carrier pilot on the USS – CV Oriskany where he flew the among others, the A-4 Skyraider. When I had asked him several years ago if he regretted not going into “Jets”, his reply to me was that he had some regret not knowing and always having wondered how it was to command a jet vs the props he flew.
Any assist to help me to make this opportunity a reality for him would be greatly appreciated.
Sincere Regards,
Robert E. Kotick, Jr.
There is no upper age limit for any of the fighter jet rides or zero gravity flights. The Mig-29 did have an upper age limit of 70 but it is no longer available. So your father is pretty free for any ride operated by MiGFLUG. You would give them a ride the same way you would give a young adult a ride. If any you could buy him a gift certificate if you are not sure what he might want to fly on.
I
want to be a pilot one day and I want to see what it feels like on a fighter jet
I want to fly a few fighter jets and world war two plane s with my Pastor as a gift. How do I see what’s available on the West Coast?
