Bad weather luck, the pilot goes the extra mile to make it possible!

I booked this flight for my 50th birthday and traveled from NC to CA just for it. Though weather caused delays, pilot Chris stayed in touch to ensure I didn’t miss out. His detailed briefings and attentiveness made the flight unforgettable. Overall, an awesome experience I might repeat in the future.
