Very responsive, great flight

Kristi was very great; very responsive and helpful throughout the entire q&a and booking process. Chris was awesome! I could have talked to him all day about various topics. The flight was exactly what I wanted; he was full of information and had a perfect blend of humor/ seriousness that made me feel comfortable even when I blacked out. 🙂
