Loved the flight. Chris did a very professional job determining my experiences with flying before the flight and was very thorough in explaining what we would be doing. After taking off he let me fly a little and then before each maneuver he would again review what we were going to do and what I should expect. He was very attentive to how I was experiencing the flight. One thing that was lacking was the video that I bought. The video was great but the audio was nothing but jet noise.
