Option 1: Downpayment
Try a Downpayment: We have sent you an email with a personalized link to do your downpayment. Please contact your bank to resolve potential issues with your card, then attempt the downpayment. The downpayment is linked to your booking that we have on record, and more likely to succeed due to a smaller amount compared to a full price payment.

Option 3: Bank Wire Transfer
Bank Wire Transfer: You can also wire the funds using a bank wire transfer. Just use the bank wire information found here, and send us an email when done.
Typical Reasons for Failed Payments
- Incorrect 3D Secure Password: Ensure you enter the correct password. Contact your bank if you’ve forgotten it.
- Insufficient Funds or Spending Limit: Try a downpayment if you’re hitting a limit.
- Expired/Blocked Card: Check if your card is still valid or contact your bank.
- Incorrect Card Details: Double-check your card number, expiration date, and CVV.
- Traveling with Your Card: Payments from unusual locations may trigger a block.
- Network/Issuer Issues: Retry with a stable connection if there was a network issue.
- Geo-Block/Fraud Detection: Large purchases may be flagged as suspicious. Contact your bank if they block the payment.
- Browser Issues: Use a supported browser such as Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Internet Explorer with JavaScript enabled.
- Card Hold: Ensure there’s no hold from a rental car or hotel.
- Missed Payments: Settle any overdue payments on your card.
