Terms & Conditions for MiGFlug x Maurice de Mauriac Watch Purchase
1. Order Confirmation and Payment Authorization
- By authorizing a credit card payment, the customer confirms their purchase of the personalized MiGFlug x Maurice de Mauriac watch. Due to its customized nature, the watch is non-returnable and non-refundable once the payment is processed.
2. Shipping and Delivery
- The watch is shipped from Zurich, Switzerland, to the customer’s specified address.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- The estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of shipment. However, delivery times may vary based on the destination country and shipping conditions, and MiGFlug GmbH is not liable for any delays caused by customs or other external factors.
3. Warranty and Repairs

- For defects identified after the 7-day inspection period and within the 12-month warranty, the customer is responsible for any shipping or handling costs associated with sending the watch for repair or servicing.
- The watch is built with standard components, making it serviceable by qualified horologists worldwide.

- Regular servicing is recommended to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Although the watch can be serviced by skilled horologists worldwide, any unauthorized modifications or tampering may void the warranty.
5. Limitations of Liability
- MiGFlug GmbH and Maurice de Mauriac are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper care.
- This warranty does not cover the cost of repairs due to normal wear and tear, water damage, or exposure to extreme conditions.
